At 60 baht for scrambled eggs on toast – why wouldn’t I go back? Although it wasn’t really planned…today was the opening of a new shopping center (Bluport) in Hua Hin…I’ve never seen so much craze about a shopping center opening, especially when it’s nothing larger than an average shopping mall back home – but this opening brought half of Bangkok into town!!!
As I approached the main road into Hua Hin city, there it was…Phetkasam road (main hwy between southern Thailand and Bangkok)…a car park! I wasn’t going to weave and dodge through 3 km of traffic just to get into town and fortunately – this is where Sarneys Cafe sits…time to try these scrambled eggs.
For 60 baht you get two scrambled eggs on single large slice of Multi-Grain bread/toast. The eggs were cooked just right, not to firm, still a little runny and nicely placed on top of the toast (instead of on side which some places like to do around here).
