These guys do amazing Poached Eggs! Now they actually don’t have poached eggs on the menu, so I order the Eggs Benedict with the Hollandaise sauce on the side. Last year when I was here they actually had Poached Eggs and Eggs Benedict – the only difference really is that now I pay about 20 baht more for poached eggs! I’m not sure what makes their poaches eggs so good – but it’s something to do with the mixed spinach base that sits between the eggs and the toast – there’s a mix of onion and herbs and a secret sauce that I just can’t figure out what it is – but tastes great!
